We had a twin room with comfortable bed and a microwave, central heating, and a work desk. Location: the hotel was close to a four day festival of fantastic parades and beer, fantastic parades and beer and Dusseldorf or Essen.

Great location near the Auferstehungskirche church 🏰. It only took us 19 minutes to drive from the airport, and we were so impressed with the brilliant and incredibly friendly staff at this place. We didn't want to leave and highly recommend it.

Fairly quiet units with a modern design, and the staff were affable! Marvellous and easy location - easy walk to everywhere we needed.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by several aspects of my experience. the location is fantastic, being near a small park and very close to the town centre. This made it very convenient for exploring the area and accessing shops and restaurants. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The basic amenities provided in the rooms were more than satisfactory, and I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. In particular, the breakfast offered was delicious and provided a good variety of options to start the day.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and I had no complaints whatsoever.

The room was comfortable and clean although a bit austere. It was quiet and no traffic noise or noisy guests. Breakfast was good and a wide choice of food was offered. Staff were very helpful.

No restaurant or bar in the evening, so evening meals are a problem, especially since I could not find a restaurant that was open within reasonable walking distance. Perhaps a guide and map, in each room, showing some of the local restuarants which would be open would solve this issue.

The prices at this hotel are very reasonable, making it excellent value for money. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location is great if you have a car, as you can park right in front of the room outside. Plus, it's perfect for exploring the town centre, being only a short walk across the park.

While the hotel rooms are clean and tidy, some aspects could do with refurbishment, particularly the bathrooms with the showers and wall tiles.

Had a great time exploring nearby areas like Hindenburgstrasse and Marktplatz. The hotel's terrace and garden were lovely for relaxing moments. The business center was useful for some last-minute work. Good breakfast options at the snack bar/deli.

We stayed at Hotel Am Park for one night while driving across Europe. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when we realized we would be arriving after the check-in time. The motel-style venue was clean and pleasant, and the rooms were well-soundproofed with shutters, allowing for a quiet night's sleep. The convenience of parking just outside our room was a great bonus. a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The property is not well maintained. Room is smelly; bathroom is dirty with chipped paints, cracked soap holder, slimy stuff around the edge of bathroom and shower doors.
